Migration and Education

From 17 to 18 December 2010 at l'Ined, salle Sauvy

The pole Suds of the National Institute of Demographic Studies organizes a day of scientific study on "Migration and Education." The day will be held at INED, Paris (France), Friday 17 and Saturday, December 18, 2010.

 The workshop follows a call for proposals. It brings together researchers from various social science disciplines whose work focuses on the interaction between migration and educational processes. Presentations will be held under the following themes: the international mobility of students, skilled migration (trends, determinants and effects on countries of origin), interaction between the mobility of students and skilled migration.
