UAPS 2015 - Demographic dividend in Africa: prospects, opportunities and challenges
7th African Population Conference
The African Population Conference is organized every four years in order to review the state of knowledge on various population issues affecting the African continent. The conference brings together a diverse set of professionals, including: multi-disciplinary scholars, government officials, parliamentarians, service providers, multilateral and bilateral donors, the media and civil society.
The conference plays a key role in strengthening networks; enhancing the visibility of African population issues, and promoting an integrated approach to the study and application of knowledge on population dynamics in development planning.
Interested scholars and practitioners are invited to submit abstracts to present papers. Please refer to the call in the box aside for applications for more details.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is July 31st, 2015.
