Access to administrative documents
In compliance with Article R. 330-4 of France’s Code des Relations entre le Public et l’Administration, and Decision 2017-150 of June 29, 2017, INED has appointed a PRADA (person in charge of access to administrative documents).
All requests for access to INED administrative documents as well as requests to reuse public data, including research data, and any claims or complaints are to be addressed to the PRADA, who, with support from the competent INED services, will determine how to respond.
To apply for access to a specific administrative document, please first contact the service in possession of it. To learn what that service is, please call the INED operator: +33 (0)1 56 06 20 00
Should you have difficulty obtaining a document, and for requests to reuse public data, you may contact the PRADA directly (see contact information to the right*).
For exemple :
- To access a document on public procurement, you can contact : sce-ap @ ined.fr

- your full name, address and telephone number,
- all information necessary to identify the requested document,
- the name of the INED service that has the document,
- any information that would be helpful in handling your request.
You will be notified that your request has been received. You may be asked to pay for document copies.
INED will either approve or reject your request within one month of receiving it.
If it is rejected, you may appeal to the Commission d’Accès aux Documents Administratifs (CADA) within two months of receiving notice of rejection.
